William Simmonds (1812~1879)
William Simmonds, the son of Johnathan Simmonds and Mary Bragg was born in 1812 in Rougham Suffolk. He was christened in Rougham on the 25th December 1812. He was a Shepherd
He married Sarah Spink (the daughter of John Spink and Christiana Hunn) on the 17th June 1835 in Hessett, Suffolk and together they had the following children:

He died of peritonitis on 4th October 1879 in Thingoe Unionhouse, Bury St Edmunds and was burried in Rougham on the 10th October 1879.
